1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Creator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yildirim Software Technologies, operated under yildirimsofttech@gmail.com.

2. Description of Service

AI Creator is a mobile application that applies artificial intelligence-based visual style transformations to user-provided photographs. The App operates through third-party AI processing services and requires an internet connection for core functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit or subscription limits is prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Credits

Free Tier

3 credits per day
Includes advertisements
Watermark on generated images
Unused daily credits do not carry over

Premium Subscription

Weekly Plan: 30 credits per week, billed weekly
3-Month Plan: 360 credits per 3-month period, billed every 3 months at a discounted rate
Ad-free experience and watermark-free images

Credit Policy

Credits are granted at the start of each billing period. Unused credits at the end of a billing period are forfeited and do not roll over. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime through the Google Play Store.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
If you cancel but remain logged in, unused credits from your final paid period remain accessible until they expire at the end of that period. Subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.
No refunds for partially used billing periods, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.

Billing

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We are not responsible for billing issues arising from Google Play's payment processing.

6. User Content & Photographs

You retain all ownership rights to photographs you upload.
By uploading a photograph, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process that image solely for providing the AI transformation.
Processed images are not stored on our servers beyond the time required to deliver results.
You must only upload photographs for which you have the right to use.
Do not upload photographs of other individuals without their explicit consent.
Do not upload photographs depicting minors, illegal content, or content that violates any third party's rights.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; upload pornographic, hateful, or defamatory content; attempt to reverse engineer the AI model; use automated tools to interact with the App; circumvent subscription or credit restrictions; infringe any intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Yildirim Software Technologies. AI-transformed images generated by the App may be used freely by you for personal and commercial purposes, subject to restrictions imposed by the underlying AI processing service. We make no claim of ownership over your original photographs or the transformed results.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with: Google Play Billing, Google Firebase, Replicate API / xAI, and Google AdMob. Each service is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI TRANSFORMATION RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Yildirim Software Technologies collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AI Creator mobile application. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and Turkish KVKK legislation.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Google Account Email Address: Collected at sign-in for account identification.
Photographs: Images you upload for AI processing. These are transmitted to our AI processing service and are NOT retained on our servers after processing.

Information Collected Automatically

Subscription status and plan type
Credit usage counts
Credit reset dates
Device type and OS version (via Firebase and AdMob SDKs)
Advertising identifiers (free-tier users only, via AdMob)

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your full name, phone number, physical address, or payment card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store processed or original images after delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

Authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In
Manage subscription status and credit balance
Enforce credit limits and billing periods
Display advertisements to free-tier users (via Google AdMob)
Improve App performance and troubleshoot issues

4. Data Storage

Account data (email, subscription plan, credit usage) is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with trusted third parties required to provide the service:

Google Firebase — Authentication and database
Google AdMob — Advertising (free-tier users)
Replicate API / xAI — AI image processing (images not retained)
Google Play — Subscription and billing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)

You have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing.

For GDPR requests, include "GDPR Request" in the subject line.
For KVKK requests, include "KVKK Talebi" in the subject line.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud storage via Google Firebase, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Retention Policy

Active account data: retained while account is active
Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days
Uploaded photographs: not retained after processing

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
